Any changes in life, whether it be work or personal life, are inevitable. Philosopher John Locke said: “The things of this world are in such constant motion that nothing remains in the same state for a long time.” But we humans tend to resist change; we like stability, routine and everything we know.
The book is not easy to read, but it has some wonderful stories illustrating the rules and lessons of change. It has many valuable and ready-to-use lists of questions and methods that will help in experiments with changes.
